I am an embodied leadership guide and creativity coach. I support my clients to clear and release blocks through ancestral healing, regression work, and colour therapy. I guide them to create and co-create in alignment with the seasons and rhythms of nature. I support them to step into and embody their true authentic power so they show up from a place of wholeness and alignment. I invite them into deeper connection with their bodies, trusting themselves, as a basis for everything they do.
I am the author of four books published with The Unbound Press: Embodied – A self-care guide for sensitive souls, Embodied Business – A guide to grounding and aligning your business chakras, Embodied Creation – The sensitive’s way to consciously co-create and Embodied Wealth – I AM. I also created the Embodied Wisdom oracle card deck, which guides you into alignment with your truth.
