Tanysha Costales is a woman on a mission—one that’s deeply personal and transformative. After making the brave decision to relocate her family from New York to Florida in pursuit of a fresh start, she embarked on a journey of self-discovery that not only reshaped her life but led to the creation of Hannah’s Unfading Beauty LLC and her signature coaching program, “The Manigator.” Through this program, Tanysha empowers women to embrace their worth, cultivate self-love, and unlock their full potential in relationships and beyond. Her inspiring story is a testament to the power of faith, resilience, and the unwavering belief that true transformation begins within.

  1. Can you share the journey that led you to found Hannah’s Unfading Beauty LLC and develop your coaching program, “The Manigator”?

In 2021, I made a bold decision to uproot my life from New York to Florida in pursuit of a new beginning for my family. This was more than just a geographical shift; it was a leap of faith, driven by a deep desire to create generational wealth and to start my own business. As I ventured into the unknown, I uncovered my true purpose.

Throughout my journey, I came to realize that my passion lies in empowering women to recognize their worth and value. Time and again, I had seen women sacrifice their own happiness for the sake of others—whether in relationships, marriages, or during the struggles following a divorce. The mantra that kept echoing in my mind was simple but powerful: “You need to love yourself.”

The journey that led me to found Hannah’s Unfading Beauty LLC and develop my coaching program, “The Manigator,” is deeply personal and transformative. Growing up, I struggled with low self-esteem and a lack of self-love. I constantly sought validation from others, feeling like I was never good enough. After hitting rock bottom in my mid-twenties, I decided to embark on a journey of self-discovery. My journey of healing was marked by frustration over repeating past mistakes, but it led me to a transformative realization. I learned the importance of self-love, forgiveness, effective communication, and emotional intelligence. With this newfound wisdom, I felt an urgent need to share my insights with other women facing similar challenges.

To bring my vision to life, I sought guidance from the renowned business coach, Dawniel Winningham. Her expertise helped me refine my understanding of my target audience—women who are seeking successful and fulfilling relationships. Together, we crafted “The Manigator: The Navigator to Getting Your Man,” a three-month coaching program specifically designed to empower women. This program encourages them to embrace their worth, cultivate confidence, and unlock their full potential in love and relationships. “The Manigator” coaching program reflects the tools and techniques that helped me on my own journey to self-love. I am endlessly grateful for the challenges and triumphs that have led me to this point, and I am committed to helping others unlock their own unfading beauty and inner strength. I am fully committed to empowering women to break free from self-doubt, embrace their true value, and create fulfilling relationships.

  1. What inspired you to write your book, Becoming A Virtuous Wife: A Breakthrough Guide to Healing Trauma, Restoring Your Family, and Unlocking the Power of Communication?

The inspiration behind my book, Becoming A Virtuous Wife, was God. It all began with a calling from a higher power—a message that God whispered into my soul, urging me to share my story so that He could use it to heal His children through the written word. As a woman deeply rooted in faith and a devoted daughter, I knew this was a mission I was meant to undertake, a purpose that reached beyond my understanding, compelling me to step into the unknown and embrace the journey ahead.

With faith as my guiding force, I embarked on the extraordinary journey of writing and self-publishing this book. Along the way, divine intervention took the form of two incredible women who played pivotal roles in bringing my vision to life. Christina Johnson, the CEO of Testimony Publishers LLC, became my mentor and guide, sharing invaluable insights into the writing process and the world of self-publishing. Additionally, Marlene Braxton, the CEO of Word Architect LLC, served as my developmental editor, meticulously polishing and refining the manuscript to perfection.

The support and expertise of these remarkable women were instrumental in the book’s success, propelling it to achieve international bestseller status on Amazon. This accomplishment stands as evidence of the power of faith, perseverance, and divine intervention. What began as a whisper from the heavens transformed into a journey of healing, restoration, and empowerment, touching the lives of readers around the world. This book illuminates the path to healing, restoring families, and unlocking the transformative power of communication—all inspired by the divine message that sparked its creation.

  1. How did overcoming limiting beliefs impact your personal and professional life?

As I embarked on my journey of healing and self-discovery, I came to a profound realization that would deeply impact both my personal and professional life: your life is a reflection of your thoughts. We become exactly what we think, and until we change our thoughts, we cannot rise above our current circumstances. By overcoming my limiting beliefs, I unlocked a newfound sense of self-worth and value that radiated into every aspect of my life.

With this newfound confidence, I began to carry myself differently—shoulders back, head held high, no longer allowing insecurities to define me. When I walk into a room now, I do so with a sense of purpose, shining brightly and shifting the atmosphere in a positive way. This shift in mindset not only bolstered my confidence but also helped me discern which relationships were truly beneficial for my growth, both personally and professionally. I was able to remove negative influences from my life, those who might have disrupted my pursuit of purpose.

Changing my attitude was the key to transforming my views on life, business, and the value I can bring to the world. As Dr. Myles Munroe wisely stated, “People don’t change until their attitude changes, and attitudes don’t change until their thinking changes, and thinking doesn’t change until beliefs change.” This insight resonated deeply with me. I realized that the key to unlocking a bright future lies in cultivating a positive attitude—one that is fueled by changed beliefs and empowered by transformed thinking.

  1. Can you describe a significant challenge you faced in your entrepreneurial journey and how you addressed it?

My entrepreneurial journey has been, to say the least, a series of significant challenges. One of the most pressing has been effectively marketing my coaching services to reach the right audience, which has proven to be more difficult than I initially anticipated. Despite my book, “Becoming A Virtuous Wife: A Breakthrough Guide to Healing Trauma, Restoring Your Family, and Unlocking the Power of Communication,” achieving international bestseller status on Amazon in 2023, the sales, unfortunately, didn’t quite live up to my expectations. The book’s message is powerful, offering nine keys to resolving conflicts, yet translating that success into real, tangible business growth has been a struggle.

But I’m not one to shy away from challenges. When faced with these setbacks, I took action by hiring a business coach, Dawniel Winningham. Her guidance has been invaluable in helping me restructure my business and refine my marketing strategies. Thanks to her, I’ve been able to navigate the complexities of entrepreneurship with more confidence and precision, allowing me to better connect with my target audience.

I also recognized the importance of continuous learning, so I enrolled in the Women’s Entrepreneurship certificate program at eCornell University. This program has been a game-changer, providing me with the knowledge and skills I needed to tackle these challenges head-on. It’s given me a fresh perspective and the tools to approach problems with resilience and creativity.

Through perseverance and strategic thinking, I’m committed to overcoming these obstacles and driving sustainable growth in my coaching business. These experiences have fueled my determination and have been a catalyst for transformation, pushing me toward new opportunities and successes in my entrepreneurial journey.

  1. What role did mental health play in your transformation, and how do you address mental well-being in your coaching?

Mental health plays a crucial role in achieving transformation across all areas of life. For me, it became clear that if I wanted to improve physically, emotionally, and spiritually, I needed to change my beliefs about myself. I had to dig deep and understand the root causes of my self-loathing and negative self-talk. Throughout my life, I had absorbed and believed the negative things others said about me, and I continually fed myself these same damaging thoughts, even though I knew they didn’t truly define who I was.

Once I pinpointed these root causes, I knew I had to train my mind to challenge and counteract any negative thoughts that arose. I worked on identifying and confronting the limiting beliefs that were holding me back from becoming a better version of myself. In my coaching program, I emphasize and teach the importance of mental well-being because the way we perceive life begins with our mindset. Our thoughts shape our beliefs, and our beliefs ultimately shape our reality. If we don’t change our thinking, we become prisoners of our own beliefs, trapped in a mental cage.

In the grand scheme of personal transformation, mental health is a fundamental thread that influences every aspect of our being. My journey toward growth required me to face the inner shadows and cultivate a healthy mental environment capable of weathering self-doubt and fear, while welcoming self-discovery and healing.

The path to transformation involved deep self-reflection, guiding me back to the origins of my struggles with negative self-talk. For years, I let the echoes of harsh words dictate my self-view, reinforcing a toxic belief of unworthiness. Yet, I knew these criticisms didn’t define my true self—they were merely distractions from the inner light I possessed.

To break free from the chains of self-doubt and negativity, I embarked on an inner journey of self-discovery and healing. I challenged and replaced limiting beliefs with empowering truths, retraining my mind to dismiss old shadows and embrace self-love and empowerment.

As a coach, mental well-being is central to my practice. I guide my clients through their own transformational journeys, stressing the importance of a healthy mindset and addressing the deep-seated beliefs that shape their lives. I encourage mindfulness and self-awareness, underscoring that true change starts from within.

I firmly believe that mental well-being is the foundation of personal growth and transformation. Our true power and potential lie within our minds, waiting to be awakened. By nurturing our mental health with care and compassion, we pave the way for significant changes in our lives, breaking free from limiting beliefs and embracing our full potential. In coaching and personal development, mental well-being isn’t just a goal; it’s the bedrock of our transformation and empowerment.

  1. What strategies have you found most effective in marketing your coaching services and increasing visibility?

In marketing your services, keeping the customer at the forefront is crucial. It’s not just about addressing their pain points; it’s also about showcasing the positive outcomes and transformative benefits of your services. By focusing on what the customer needs and wants, and highlighting how your service is the ideal fit for them, you can create a compelling value proposition.

To increase visibility, I’ve expanded my reach beyond traditional marketing methods. My narrative and expertise have been featured in notable publications like Xpansion Alchemy, Shoutout Atlanta, and Voyage ATL. These platforms have helped me connect with a wider audience and amplify my message.

I’ve also embraced various media channels to spread my message of self-love and empowerment. I’ve engaged in thought-provoking discussions on Evangelism Radio and Transformational Talk Radio, and appeared on shows like iDefineTV Business Spotlight Series and Fenix TV. These appearances have allowed me to share my insights and connect with people on a broader scale.

Live events and sponsorships have played a significant role in my marketing strategy as well. At the TAG Talks event in Dallas, Texas, I shared my stories of resilience and inspired attendees. I’ve also sponsored events like the R.I.S.E Virtual Summit for Testimony Publishers LLC, which has helped me build connections and expand my network.

By combining traditional and digital marketing strategies, and focusing on authentic storytelling and community engagement, I’ve been able to enhance visibility and effectively market my coaching services to a larger audience.

  1. How has achieving international bestseller status for your book influenced your business and your approach to coaching?

Achieving international bestseller status has become a cornerstone of trust and credibility in my coaching practice. It’s more than just a title; it’s a symbol of authenticity and relatability. My story of overcoming challenges and achieving triumphs serves as a testament to resilience and growth, drawing clients who are looking for genuine guidance and support.

This milestone has significantly shaped my approach to coaching. It adds a rich, personal perspective to my sessions, rooted in my own journey through adversity. I share my story not as a tale of perfection, but as an example of resilience and vulnerability. By being open about my experiences, I create a supportive environment where clients feel safe to explore their own challenges and successes, encouraging them to embrace their own growth and transformation.

The recognition as an international bestseller has not only boosted the visibility and credibility of my business but has also reinforced my dedication to serving others with empathy and authenticity. It’s a reminder that true success isn’t just about awards or recognition—it’s about the meaningful impact we make in the lives of those we help.

  1. What are some common obstacles your clients face, and how do you help them overcome these challenges?

My clients often face several common obstacles, such as past traumas, lack of trust, and prioritizing others’ needs over their own. I help them address these challenges through a structured approach.

Firstly, we delve into their past to identify the root causes of their traumas. Understanding these origins allows them to see how unresolved issues have influenced their current life and relationships. By addressing and healing these past wounds, they can start to move forward with greater clarity and peace.

Secondly, I work with clients to recognize that their lack of trust in others often stems from not trusting themselves. This mistrust can manifest as poor judgment, weak intuition, or ineffective communication. We explore these areas to rebuild their self-trust and improve their relationships with others.

Lastly, I emphasize the importance of self-care. Many clients struggle with putting others’ needs before their own, neglecting their own well-being. I guide them in understanding that prioritizing their own needs is crucial for maintaining mental health and overall balance. It’s important for them to recognize that taking care of themselves is not selfish, but a necessary step towards a healthier, more fulfilling life.

  1. How has enrolling in the eCornell University Women’s Entrepreneurship certificate program impacted your business strategies?

Enrolling in the eCornell University Women’s Entrepreneurship certificate program had a significant impact on my business strategies. It offered me a fresh perspective on effectively running my business, covering key areas such as customer discovery, funding, business planning, leadership, and more. The program provided the clarity and direction that I was missing, helping me to refine my approach and achieve greater success in my ventures.

  1. Can you share a story of a client whose life was significantly transformed by your coaching or your book?

A client of mine, who had been married for many years and is also a mother, came to me deeply distressed, considering ending her marriage after enduring years of mental and financial abuse. We worked together to uncover the root causes of her husband’s behaviors and developed a strategy for effectively communicating with him to address their marital issues.

Through our sessions, she gained the confidence to approach the conflict in a constructive manner. She learned to prioritize her well-being and to communicate her concerns in a way that led to positive outcomes. I’m pleased to share that, thanks to our coaching, their marriage is now thriving. She has observed that when she brings up issues, her husband listens attentively, takes her concerns seriously, and is actively working to improve their relationship.

  1. How do you maintain motivation and resilience in the face of setbacks?

To maintain motivation and resilience in the face of setbacks, I use several strategies. It’s important to acknowledge and experience our emotions because we are human and emotional beings. However, it’s also crucial to remember that feelings are fleeting and shouldn’t dictate our actions.

One way I stay motivated is by listening to motivational and inspirational speakers, which helps me eliminate negative thoughts. I also reach out to people who genuinely care about me for wisdom and encouragement.

What truly drives me is knowing who I am and the revelation I received from God about my purpose. I believe that setbacks come with lessons that pave the way for comebacks. As Dr. Myles Munroe, one of my favorite inspirational speakers, wisely said, “God has to guarantee your success because His reputation is on the line. Stop being afraid to believe your dream. This isn’t your dream; this is His dream.” This perspective keeps me grounded and focused, no matter the challenges I face.

  1. What advice would you give to women who are struggling with self-worth and limiting beliefs?

For women grappling with self-worth and limiting beliefs, here’s my advice: If you stand for nothing, you’ll fall for anything. Stop believing the false narratives others impose on you and the untrue stories you tell yourself. You are worthy of love and deserving of the best. You are more precious than rubies and beautifully and wonderfully made. Your past does not define who you are. What you choose to do today can shape your future for the better. Decide today to change your beliefs about yourself. Your life can and will improve—it all starts with you. Unlocking every good thing in your life begins with learning to love yourself. Don’t know where to start? No problem—I’m here to guide you. You are not alone in this journey.

  1. How do you balance the demands of running a business with personal well-being and self-care?

Balancing the demands of running a business with personal well-being and self-care is challenging, but it is achievable. Thanks to the support of my husband and children, I’m able to make time for workouts and runs that help clear my mind. They contribute by handling household chores, which frees up time for me to focus on cooking, managing my business, and taking care of my well-being. This balance would not be possible without their support.

  1. What are some key takeaways or lessons from your own personal journey that you incorporate into your coaching?

Some key lessons from my personal journey that I incorporate into my coaching are the importance of how you respond and react during conversations. Responding aggressively rarely helps you get your point across. Instead, take your time to speak calmly and softly. Losing control of your tone often means losing control of the conversation. If someone responds aggressively and makes it hard for you to speak, the best course of action is to remain silent and walk away. This approach helps diffuse the situation, giving both you and the other person time to cool off and gather your thoughts before trying again later.

  1. What future goals or projects do you have for Hannah’s Unfading Beauty LLC, and how do you plan to achieve them?

My future goals and projects for Hannah’s Unfading Beauty LLC involves creating a group coaching program that offers affordable support to women. This program will serve as a safe space for women to share their experiences and receive encouragement, guidance, and accountability. I aim to organize retreats for the women in the coaching group to come together and connect on a deeper level. As the community grows, I plan to recruit dedicated women from within the group to lead weekly Zoom meetings focused on accountability. To achieve this, I will develop a detailed plan that outlines the steps and resources required.
