The Grey Curtain

A part of me was unconscious.
A part of me was lost.
I was behind the curtain,
Stuck in my shell, fingers crossed.

Wandering around the grey haze,
Jumpy soul, craving in the cage.
It was all beyond the extremity,
The possibilities, the infinity.

A part of me was knocking inside.
A part of me was screaming behind.
The sooner I unveil the curtain,
The better it’ll get redefined.

Pulling the trigger, leaving all behind
Lifting it up, stepping out to unseen.
Emerging from the figments around,
To cross the ambit, to be seen.
